Job Role: Product Support Engineer

Job Description:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, and online web tools.
  • Handle multiple support tickets daily, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. First-tier product support via email & online web tools.
  2. Open and handle multiple support tickets daily.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot tickets to determine the root cause of problems.
  4. Any third-tier issues must be ticketed and prioritized along with the development analysis team.
  5. Open tickets must be followed-up and closed in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Applications, or Software Engineering.
  • 2-3 years of related work experience required. Previous product support experience from an EMR/PMS/Medical Billing/RCM company/Healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in the US shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
  • Good interpersonal skills; well organized; detail-oriented; multitasking; strong oral and written communication skills; previous experience in conducting basic troubleshooting of software via email, online web tools, and phone.

  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Application Server (JBOSS, WildFly), DBMS (PostgreSQL) & knowledge of SOAP, XML, JSON is an added advantage.
