Healthcare Product Manager

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of products and services within the life sciences and healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales, marketing, and technical teams with in-depth product knowledge.
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, dossiers, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality assurance, R&D, and sales).
- Conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external customers.
- Provide technical product support and respond to customer inquiries.
- Analyze customer/market feedback to suggest product improvements.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and industry guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, science, engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a factory, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
