About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our Corporate team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing financial performance, improving reporting systems, and supporting strategic decision-making for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance trends and conduct inventory efficiency assessments through stock vs. sales aging analysis.
  • Prepare growth comparison reports, achievement metrics, and dashboards with insightful data visualizations for management.
  • Review daily business reports to identify anomalies and highlight operational issues.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytical reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with Sales, Audit, IT, and Operations teams.
  • Assist senior leadership team in organizing and coordinating key management decisions & meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools and automation platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

  • CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance or any similar finance qualification
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-location businesses
