
Business Expansion Manager

Job Purpose: To lead revenue growth and drive business expansion through strategic partnerships and sales efforts.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, public sector entities, and other strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market research and industry insights.
- Prepare and present compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, issue resolution, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
