Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a visionary Lead Data Scientist to spearhead our AI/ML strategy and transform our matchmaking platforms.

In this pivotal role, you will drive innovation across personalized recommendations, fraud prevention, and customer engagement, using data science to redefine how people find love.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • Drive the integration of AI and LLM's to boost developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and elevate overall CX/RX.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AI/ML/LLM Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML.
  • Data & Intelligence: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models.
  • Experience in Python, R, or any other programming language for data science.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and analytical skills to develop and scale plans, strategies, and tactics for a business model.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI Product Development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
