Job Title: Associate Content Writer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled content writer to create high-quality content for various marketing channels. As an associate content writer, you will be responsible for researching and creating engaging content, including eBooks, infographics, and quizzes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Researching devotional and mythology spaces to create in-depth content
  • Creating and translating content for various marketing collaterals/channels
  • Researching relevant trends and hot keywords to create fresh content for the devotional space
  • Setting up content quality benchmarks and managing the quality of published content
  • Creating a monthly and seasonal editorial calendar with the editorial team
  • Commissioning articles from freelance and in-house writers and ensuring timely delivery
  • Evaluating and approving submitted articles for cohesiveness and maintaining the voice and freshness of the content
  • Editing and rewriting articles, some of which may be rejected or returned to the writer for revision
Requirements:
  • Excellent English writing skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content
  • Fluent in Hindi/English speaking and writing
  • Interest in devotional, mythology, and spiritual space
  • Good understanding of data and the ability to gather insights for better results
  • Highly accountable and takes initiatives
  • Process-oriented mindset and scale thinking
  • Experienced in building teams and scalable processes
