This is a multifaceted role that requires both creative and analytical skills. As an L&D expert, you will be responsible for shaping the learning journey for our employees, identifying skill gaps, and designing engaging content that aligns with our business goals.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive learning strategy.
- Design, develop, and update learning content using various modalities, including e-learning, virtual workshops, and instructor-led training.
- Plan, schedule, and execute training initiatives for a diverse workforce across multiple locations.
- Owning the strategy and execution of programs for early-career talent, ensuring rapid onboarding and strong foundational skill-building.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of learning & development frameworks, instructional design models, adult learning principles, and leadership development practices.

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Interpersonal & Facilitation Skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Technology & Analytical Skills - Proficiency in using LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
