Job Title: Innovative Workplace Designer Lead

We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking individual to lead our team of workplace designers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts that exceed client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial acumen, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance form and function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research to understand the client's business, industry, challenges, and goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer experience.
  • Conceptual Design: Formulate innovative design proposals integrating comprehensive space planning, thoughtful color schemes, refined furniture selections, and sustainable material choices.
  • Space Planning and Layout: Devise efficient and dynamic space plans, accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with the client's cultural ethos.
  • Material Selection and Specification: Curate and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align seamlessly with the envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria.
  • Budget Management: Create project budgets and timelines, and work within budget constraints to deliver cost-effective design solutions.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture/interior design or a related field, minimum 7-12 years of experience in workplace design projects, proficiency in design software, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
