Our innovative marketing team is looking for a skilled Senior Copywriter to lead the development of compelling stories that drive business results.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves collaborating closely with designers, product, and sales teams to create seamless experiences that capture customers' attention. As a Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strategic Content: Craft compelling narratives in both Hindi and English, leveraging design aesthetics to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Lead the Creative Team: Manage a team of copywriters, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop innovative content and experiences.
  • Brand Development: Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Idea Generation: Conceptualize and execute big ideas, working on integrated campaigns from digital and social media to TVCs, print, and beyond.
  • Content Creation: Write across formats, including ads, scripts, social media, and long-form content, switching effortlessly between Hindi and English.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, along with minimum 2-3 years of experience in a creative leadership position. Key skills include strong expertise in storytelling and campaign development, proven ability to inspire and manage a creative team, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to balance creativity with business objectives and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
