Sales and Relationship Building Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales to join our team as a Telesales Representative. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships over the phone and generate leads to promote insurance products.

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote and sell insurance products.
  • Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance policies.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and relationship building skills.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales and answer any queries.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to persuade and influence potential clients through effective sales techniques.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
