Sales Representative - Real Estate

Location: Navi Mumbai

**Salary**: Starting from 30,000 INR plus incentives

Qualification: MBA or equivalent

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective clients.
- Identify potential buyers and conduct sales presentations and site visits to showcase properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
- Provide accurate information about properties, including pricing, amenities, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth by generating new leads and closing deals.
- Maintain a database of potential clients and follow up on leads regularly.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales contracts and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Navi Mumbai is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
