About Our Team:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our organization in the role of Market Intelligence & Analysis Specialist. This individual will be responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research on therapeutic areas, product portfolios, competitors, and industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or consulting, with experience in leveraging AI and automation solutions. They will be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau, and have excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to provide data-driven insights for strategic initiatives, forecasting, and business planning.
  • Analyze field effort data to generate actionable insights and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Develop CRM-based analytics and track sales force KPIs (coverage, frequency, call average, PCPM, territory performance).
  • Design, automate, and maintain business dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for clear visualization of market and sales data.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical market research, analytics, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Strong expertise in leveraging AI and automation solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical sales and marketing operations.
