Job Description

As a SAP BTP Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative solutions for clients using the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). This involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating them into effective SAP BTP solutions within the RISE framework.

Responsibilities include solution design, technical expertise, integration, security and compliance, collaboration, operational excellence, and project delivery. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Enterprise Architecture and SAP Solution Architects, to execute SAP BTP strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with implementing solutions on SAP BTP, with a focus on SAP Extension Suite and/or Integrations. They will also have a strong understanding of architectural considerations for SAP (cloud, on-premises) including SAP clean core methodology.

A good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality is required. Additionally, the candidate should be able to design new architectural frameworks and influence their execution.

Collaboration and communication skills are essential for success in this role. The candidate should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with implementing solutions on SAP BTP with a focus on SAP Extension Suite and/or Integrations.
  • Strong understanding of architectural considerations for SAP (cloud, on-premises) including SAP clean core methodology.
  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionality.
  • Ability to design new architectural frameworks and influence their execution.
  • Strong proficiency in architecting SAP side-by-side extensions (extensibility suite) on BTP.
