Observability Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Observability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' IT estates and unlocking their full potential.

In this role, you will explore and identify areas for improvement in observability and AIOps solutions. You will architect unified strategies that leverage leading AI technology and implement enterprise-grade observability and AIOps technologies and processes.

You will amplify observability outcomes by accelerating adoption across technology and business organizations. Additionally, you will design and develop API-driven microservices that integrate into large-scale platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience in architecting complex IT solutions and understanding of observability dimensions (Metrics, logs, traces). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also essential, as well as development experience in multiple languages (Python, Java, Go, and Ruby are a plus).

Experience working in collaborative coding environments, distributed remote teams, and large-scale operations environments is required. A deep understanding of network performance and security, as well as configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, and SaltStack, is necessary. Hands-on operational experience in high-volume or critical production service environments, including distributed systems, capacity planning, and continuous deployment, is also required.
