About this role:

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Observability Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Observability Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of our monitoring tools, ensuring full observability of our services.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills. You will work closely with our development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure that our services are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynatrace, a deep understanding of application and infrastructure performance, and the ability to provide actionable insights through custom metrics and anomaly detection.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and configuring Dynatrace for full observability
  • Managing full lifecycle of Dynatrace deployment: architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and integrations
  • Maintaining and optimizing monitoring dashboards, alerting mechanisms, tagging rules, and synthetic monitoring
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure full observability of services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in observability engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Dynatrace
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
