  • Analyze and document detailed household needs based on direct customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and annual loan booking targets for the group.
  • Ensure the preparation of high-quality loan documentation to minimize queries and rejections from Operations and Credit teams.
  • Collaborate with operations officers to guarantee timely and accurate data entry.
