Chartered Accountant Job Summary

This role involves delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services to domestic Indian clientele. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.

The Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will be responsible for preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.

A key responsibility will be conducting statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will also prepare, review, and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.

Maintaining accurate records and timely compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting is essential for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field is mandatory for this role.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances

Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
