Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Planning and Analysis professional to lead our end-to-end FP&A activities, including planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across markets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence strategic decisions at senior levels.

  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and analytics to inform business strategy and drive growth.\
  • Collaborate closely with Country Business Heads, CFOs, and Group stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and steer strategic decisions.\
  • Benchmark industry practices and implement best-in-class processes for efficiency, accuracy, and control across all FP&A functions.\
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a strong focus on capability development and employee engagement.\
  • Drive deep-dive analytics to support sustainable business growth and optimize resource allocation.\
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, investors, and regulators.\
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.\
  • Foster open communication, collaboration, and teamwork among cross-functional teams.\
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to ensure seamless integration with evolving business needs.\
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.\
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings, recommendations, and metrics.\
  • Suggest and implement changes to company policies, procedures, and systems as needed.\
  • Enhance organizational capabilities by providing training and development opportunities to employees.\
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.\
  • Utilize financial software and tools to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and reduce costs.\
