Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Test Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.

  1. Responsibilities:
  • Gathering Information: The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering accurate information from stakeholders to create security profiles for applications used in the organization.
  • Meetings: Conducting meetings to achieve requirements for Global Governance Reviews is also an essential part of this role.
  • Certification Workbooks: The Test Analyst will prepare and upload certification workbooks on Access Central and send emails to certifying managers for user certification decisions.
  • Segregation of Duties (SOD) Matrix: Creation of SOD matrices post-receiving certification decisions from certifying managers is another key responsibility.
  • System Accounts: Identifying system, functional, and duplicate accounts in applications and performing certification campaigns for their certification is crucial.
  • Timely Follow-up: Timely follow-up with certifying managers to provide certification decisions in time to avoid revocation of access is also essential.
  • Evidence Summary File: Preparing and sharing Evidence Summary Files with stakeholders and seeking approval if deemed necessary before the campaign ends is another key task.
  • ArcHER Findings: Opening and keeping track of Archer findings for greater than read access users in applications is also a responsibility.
