Telecommunications Systems Designer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Telecommunications Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of relevant design experience in industrial telecom and security systems.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing comprehensive telecommunications solutions for the oil & gas, refinery, and petrochemical industries. They will also possess excellent organizational and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to interface effectively with other engineering disciplines in EPC workflows.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop detailed engineering specifications for telecom systems, including CCTV, PAGA, Radio, ACS, Telephone, IDS, LAN/WAN, SCS, Fiber Optic Systems, etc.
- Create telecom block diagrams, philosophies, and system specifications that meet industry standards such as ANSI, IEC, DNVGL, ETSI.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTOs), offer evaluations, and technical bid summaries for telecom equipment and services.
- Review vendor documents for telecom systems and identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Strong experience in telecom system design and implementation in oil & gas environments.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ANSI, IEC, DNVGL, ETSI.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced EPC environment.
