Job Title:

Weaving Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Yarn Dyed (YD) and Indigo Weaving Support: Ensure consistent production by supporting and stabilizing yarn-dyed and indigo weaving preparatory processes.
  • Maintain an efficient workflow across all preparatory departments to optimize productivity and meet deadlines.
  • Shift Supervision: Supervise shift operations across all preparatory departments, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiency during shifts to meet production targets.
  • Performance Management in Key Operations: Monitor and control the rewinding process, direct warping, sectional warping, sizing, and other critical processes to ensure quality output and adherence to standards.
  • Manpower Management: Efficiently manage and allocate manpower across shifts to maintain consistent operations. Ensure that all team members are properly trained and aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor production quality, ensuring that the final output meets company and industry standards. Perform regular quality checks and troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical and process-related issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with technical teams to implement corrective actions and improvements as necessary.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, manpower allocation, and performance metrics. Report key production data to senior management and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in textile manufacturing, particularly in weaving and related processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with quality control procedures and ability to implement them effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
