We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our production operations.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing, with expertise in managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing workforce efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, the ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvements, as well as experience with lean manufacturing principles.

You will work closely with our procurement team to ensure timely procurement of raw materials, PMs, and spares. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will also be essential in maintaining accurate reports and analyzing data to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
