Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines that deliver actionable insights.

This role requires close collaboration with the business team in the US to gather requirements and deliver efficient, high-quality data solutions using our enterprise data platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and design effective data solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern tools and technologies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve data analysis and visualization capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Python programming experience, with strong expertise in Pandas/PySpark for data analysis and transformations.
  • Proven experience with data aggregation projects in the US pharmaceutical market (specialty pharmacy, hub, specialty distributor, 3PL).
  • Strong understanding of patient and payer data management.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, and AWS.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Critical and creative thinking skills with the ability to brainstorm and innovate.
  • Ability to lead discussions, workshops, or client meetings when required.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
