As a Senior Analytics Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science, with experience in developing and deploying complex data models and predictive algorithms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and algorithms to drive business insights and decision-making
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to support business needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team's skills and capabilities remain current

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. math, statistics, computer science)
  • 8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, or data science
  • Proven track record of developing and deploying successful data-driven initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and big data tools (e.g. Hadoop, Spark)
