Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Eligibility:
  • - Graduate from a top engineering, commerce, science, or arts college
  • - 4-5 years of relevant work experience as Program Manager, Campus Relations Lead, Community Lead, Operations Manage, or similar
  • - Strong track record of managing end-to-end programs (recruitment, operations, stakeholder management)
  • - Experience in college outreach, CSR, social impact, relationship management preferred
