Job Role

We are seeking a seasoned Building Information Modeling (BIM) professional to spearhead the design of our swimming pools in complex architectural settings. As a BIM expert, you will utilize Autodesk Revit to create 3D models that meet our technology standards.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our technical team based in Italy to analyze client requirements and specifications.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to specify concrete work needs for the pool tank and provide essential information for MEP designers and installation engineers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Autodesk Revit, preferably working with global teams.
  • Proven expertise as a BIM Specialist, specifically in Revit Architecture discipline.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Professional tools is an advantage.
Software Requirements
  • Revit (Architectural).
  • Office software including Twinmotion, Lumion, and Enscape.
