Job Title: Support Services Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via chat, email, and other support tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to clients, including escalation of any issues as needed.
  • Fulfils and maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance.
  • Actively seeks solutions through logical reasoning and demonstrates strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Serves as an advocate for the user community and labels content accordingly.
  • Understands and remains up-to-date with client policies and guidelines, resolving inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
  • Provides Email/Chat, back-office operations support, and troubleshoots/resolves issues and provides third-party app support & testing.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in any field.
  • Effective, clear, and professional written communication in English to support clients via Chat, Email, and other support tools.
  • Fresh graduate or candidate with experience in service support/related field.
  • Able to commit to 24 X 7 rotating shifts.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Flexibility to take on multiple tasks and demonstrate composure, professional attitude, and technical savvy.
