As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the successful execution of daily culinary operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
You will work closely with the head chef to develop menus, manage inventory, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and cooking menu items to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary arts degree preferred.
- 4 years' experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment; 2 years' experience as a sous chef or similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
