We are seeking recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the logistics and supply chain industry.

This role is ideal for individuals proficient in MS Office, data analytics, and presentations, with a strong desire to develop their skills in depot operations, data analysis, and project management.

The successful candidate will undergo structured training across various functions and gain valuable insights into the industry while contributing to key business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Ground Experience in Depot Operations:
    • Assist in managing daily depot operations.
    • Support the team in coordinating cargo movements and warehouse management.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
    • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.
  • MS Office Expertise:
    • Use MS Excel to manage operational data and generate data insights.
    • Create professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and operational updates to management.
  • Presentation & Communication:
    • Prepare and present reports on depot operations to internal teams and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and identify improvements.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist in special projects related to depot efficiency and operations.
    • Work under the supervision of senior team members to achieve project goals and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Participate in training programs focused on logistics, depot operations, and industry best practices.
    • Actively seek learning opportunities to understand logistics workflows and supply chain management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (BA, BBA, B.Com, BSC)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex data and operations insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
