Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop our supply chain strategies.
  • This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain processes, from planning to execution, with a focus on optimizing efficiency and reducing costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance supply chain performance, focusing on process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex supply chain issues, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather demand data, analyze trends, and develop forecasts to inform supply chain decisions.
  • Drive analysis to optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain current business processes by coordinating or leading regional and global business unit planning teams.
  • Monitor key metrics, create relevant reporting metrics, and review information for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline.
  • Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM).
  • Skills: Continuous Improvement Process, Data Analysis, Enterprise Resource Planning, Finance, Inventory Control, Lean Manufacturing, Material Requirements Planning, Materials Management, Process Improvement, Procurement, Production Planning, Purchasing, SAP Applications, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Warehousing.
