Job Title: Data Analyst

The role of a Data Analyst is crucial in providing insights that inform business decisions.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
  • Conduct in-depth research and experimentation to innovate and improve data science methodologies.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
  • Perform hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and optimization to support strategic initiatives.
  • Publish internal technical reports and contribute to research papers.
  • Stay updated with the latest research trends in AI/ML, deep learning, NLP, and data analytics.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide thought leadership within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in applying machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with expertise in libraries/frameworks.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale data platforms.
  • Strong background in mathematics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.
  • Experience with research publication or contribution to open-source projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
  • Strong domain expertise in specific industries such as Healthcare, Finance, Retail, etc.
  • Track record of academic publications or patents in AI/ML/Data Science.
