Job Role Summary

Business Intelligence Analyst Position Overview:

As a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving marketing intelligence insights for leading brands by designing, developing, and deploying custom reporting and data visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, and deployment of custom reporting and data visualization solutions to drive marketing intelligence insights for leading brands.
  • Capture detailed requirements for reporting solutions and leverage skills in SQL, ETL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to gather requirements for internal and external stakeholder measurement needs related to the visualization of defined market research and industry intelligence data points.
  • Develop automated data visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, GDS) to empower stakeholders with insights and performance metrics on-demand.
  • Generate reports, documentation, and insights as part of the analysis process.
  • Support quality control procedures for analysis, reporting, and data visualization to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a client-side or agency-side environment.
  • Experience leveraging analytic platforms to measure and deliver performance reporting insights.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Cloud Computing with aptitude to develop expertise.
  • Strong SQL capability and above.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate clearly on inputs and outputs of data visualizations and field-emergent questions in a consultative manner using relatable terminology over jargon.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
