About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Analyst.

  • Prepare Reporting Tasks: Prepare reporting tasks, including financial reporting, accruals and forecasts, invoice management and portfolio updates.
  • Follow Guidance Notes: Follow guidance notes, templates and tools to execute and manage tasks, and ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
  • Provide Support: Under the supervision of Legal Project Managers, provide matter and operational support to internal lawyers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Masters Degree: A Masters degree in finance or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Procurement or Project Management.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, effective communication and interpersonal skills, lateral thinking and problem solving, ability to meet deadlines and manage workload, and ability to work with data in Excel spreadsheets.
