Operations Manager: Team Leadership and Collaboration

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled PEP Operations Manager to lead our production teams and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing team members, improving safety and productivity, and developing training plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of multiple production teams, managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; set expectations and clarify responsibilities.
- Coach and mentor team members, identifying training needs and developing training plans.
- Ensure compliance with export controls and sanctions regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate Engineer with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
