Job Title: Cyber Security Expert

Opportunities for Solutions in Cyber Security
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to work with our sales team and develop opportunities for solutions in Cyber Security.

The selected person will work on the following key areas:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Presenting solutions to customers in the areas of Firewalls, Cloud Security, Vulnerability management, Advanced Endpoint protection, APT protection, PUM, and SIEM.
  2. Understanding customer requirements and successfully setting or modifying customer requirements.
  3. Developing solution blueprints, documenting them, and collaborating with OEM presale personnel where required.
  4. Preparing Bills of Material (BoM) for engaged opportunities.
  5. Evaluating multiple approaches based on customer objectives and constraints and assisting the Salesperson with an appropriate solution approach.
  6. Managing and handling all solution-related queries from the customer evaluation team in a timely manner and maintaining high levels of CSAT.
  7. Discussing success criteria for Proof of Concepts with the customer/sales team and being responsible for conducting and completing successful POCs on time.
  8. Conducting high-quality demonstrations of the solution wherever required during the opportunity pursuit process.
  9. Serving as a thought leader and knowledge expert in Cyber Security within the team and conducting regular knowledge-sharing sessions with the sales and technical teams to keep them updated with the latest trends.
  10. Creating success stories of use cases handled during work to share with all customers as a showcase of the capabilities of the team.
