Job Title: Cyber Security Solutions Expert
Key Responsibilities:- Presents solutions to customers in various security areas, ensuring customer requirements are met and setting or modifying them as needed.
- Develops comprehensive solution blueprints, documents them, and collaborates with OEM presale personnel where necessary, preparing Bill of Materials for engaged opportunities.
- Evaluates multiple approaches based on customer objectives and constraints, assisting Salespersons with suitable solution strategies.
- Manages and handles all solution-related queries from the customer evaluation team, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Discusses Success Criteria for Proof of Concepts with customers/sales teams, conducting and completing successful POCs within agreed timelines.
- Conducts high-quality demonstrations of solutions wherever required during opportunity pursuit.
- Serves as a thought leader and knowledge expert in Cyber Security areas within the team, sharing knowledge through regular sessions with sales and technical teams.
- Documents and shares success stories of handled use cases with customers as showcases of team capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong understanding of Cyber Security concepts and technologies.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in presentation and demonstration skills.
