Electrical Maintenance Specialist

As a seasoned electrical maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of various properties. Your role will involve ensuring all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain electrical equipment such as HT transformers, DG sets, kitchen-related equipment, and other apparatus.
  • Ensure room temperature and air quality in Labs, Data centers, Server rooms, Workstations, and Electrical equipment rooms.
  • Provide suggestions on the lifespan of equipment and other electrical components.
  • Prepare critical spares lists for all installations as per manufacturers' recommendations.
  • Plan inventory management for in-house teams.
  • Implement pre-emptive maintenance programs to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment.
  • Maintain Fire Fighting Systems, including Jockey, booster, Sprinkler, hydrant, diesel engine, and LSS related components.
Facilities Management:
  • Work with facilities managers and assistant facilities managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prioritize facilities needs and manage supply and service contracts.
  • Mitigate risks through emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management.
  • Monitor health and safety issues and review them actively.
Clients and Performance:
  • Client satisfaction is essential; take on difficult issues and seek opportunities to improve operations.
  • Achieve key performance metrics and meet service level agreements.
  • Carry out routine service audits to maintain overall performance.

We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in electrical, mechanical equipment maintenance, plumbing works, and HVAC unit maintenance. A strong knowledge of facility operations and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
