Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support our team in daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in an office environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office with efficiency
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and organize documents and reports
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Support team members with administrative tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic filing systems
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus
