About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling incoming communication.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for staff supervision and coordination, day-to-day operations management, timeline and project management, administrative support, and business development and strategy. You will assist the CEO in implementing business strategies, managing key partnerships, and conducting market research to support decision-making and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
We require an individual with 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administrative or operations role, ideally within the hospitality or real estate industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and think critically to drive company success is also required. Demonstrated leadership ability with experience supervising teams or coordinating staff activities is a plus.
