
Customer Service Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing technical support to customers.
This position involves resolving complex issues with standard operating procedure (SOP) documents and working on support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 to 80 words per minute (WPM).
Troubleshooting experience is essential, including diagnosing and resolving complex issues. Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues is also required.
