We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and foster strong vendor relationships.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements.
  • Cultivate collaboration among production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee import/export activities and customs clearance as required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure their growth and efficiency.
  • Leverage digital tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for better tracking and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning principles.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and supply chain management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
