Logistics Manager - Supply Chain Optimization


About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain optimization efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, forecasting monthly supply onboarding, and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and output.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supply Chain Management: Forecast monthly supply onboardings from different channels based on historical data and seasonal trends and plan manpower requirements accordingly.
  2. Team Leadership: Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes, identify gaps in existing processes, and explore solutions to improve efficiency and output.
  3. Process Improvement: Conduct regular surveys and VOPs to derive qualitative insights about user and partner pain points while onboarding and getting activated, identify common issues raised by new partners, and streamline solutions.

Requirements:
  • Advanced Google Sheet and Excel Knowledge: Proficient in working with google sheets and excel to manage existing processes and set up new processes.
  • Team Management: Strong leadership skills to manage a team of call center agents.
  • Data Handling: Ability to handle and analyze large datasets to drive decision-making.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize processes.
  • Operational Rigour: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
