Job Title: Supply Chain Strategist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Strategist to join our team in Prayagraj.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days in the office and will be based on a morning shift, 7 AM - 4 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective supply chain strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze historical data and market trends to forecast future demand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning and forecasting, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, JDE.
  • Strong knowledge of S&OP and S&OE processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
