Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable business professional to fill the role of Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in requirement gathering, analysis, and data-driven decision-making. This role will be crucial in bridging the gap between IT and business teams by leveraging data analytics to assess processes, identify requirements, and deliver actionable recommendations to executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and gather detailed business requirements.
  
• Conduct analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
  
• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
  
• Work with the development team to ensure they understand the specifications.
  
• Engage with stakeholders to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems.
  
• Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
  
• Participate in user acceptance testing and the reporting of results.
  
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.
  
• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  
• Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and translate business needs into actionable strategies.
  
• Experience in writing SQL queries and understanding relational database models.
  
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
  
• Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, and architecture standards.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  

Preferred Skills:

• 
  
• Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA).
  
• Experience with Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  
• Knowledge of the financial sector, including regulatory requirements and compliance issues.
  
• Experience in end-to-end project management, from conception to deployment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise technical documentation.
