  • Develop automated reports and interactive dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, QuickSight, PowerBI, focusing on creating user-friendly and efficient data visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate complex data insights effectively and implement optimal communication mechanisms based on stakeholder needs.
  • Perform data mining from a variety of sources, writing efficient queries with minimal post-processing needs, handling large datasets, and ensuring data fidelity through triangulation techniques.
  • Continuously improve and scale data processes, leading initiatives for full-scale automation in collaboration with data engineering teams, enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency.

About the Team

Our Consumer Tech and Product team is a diverse group of builders, co-located across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Luxembourg. We work on a range of products such as SmartRouting, Voice and Chat-Bot, Self-Service Solution Cards, Notifications on Email/SMS/Push, Your-Orders, Progress-Tracker, and AC3.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience with SQL or ETL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Tableau
  • Experience using very large datasets
