Job Title: Disaster Recovery Professional

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Disaster Recovery efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in disaster recovery planning, crisis management, and business continuity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing disaster recovery plans, conducting risk assessments, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of disaster recovery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential disruptions to business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain business continuity plans.
  • IDentify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Support the development of crisis management plans and protocols.
  • Provide training and support to staff on disaster recovery and business continuity procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in disaster recovery or a related field. You should possess excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in a related field.
  • Professional certification in disaster recovery or business continuity (e.g. CBCP, CBCM).
  • Experience working with disaster recovery software and tools.
