MongoDB Data Specialist Position
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MongoDB administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration and be passionate about working with MongoDB.
Responsibilities include implementing indexes for performance improvement, fine-tuning configurations, and optimizing query performance.
The successful candidate will also have experience with backup and recovery processes, as well as the ability to design and implement disaster recovery plans.
Additionally, the candidate should be able to work closely with the application team to understand changes and fine-tune queries.
Required Skills
4 years of hands-on experience as a DBA and 2 years of experience with MongoDB.
Strong scripting experience - Unix/Shell Scripting, Python.
Technical knowledge of Linux & Windows-based platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Skills
Hands-on Experience in GCP.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity experience.
