You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives.
Wealth and Retail Banking serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world's fastest-growing markets. Our client continuum spans from Mass Retail to Affluent, including high-net worth clients served by our Private Bank.
About Wealth and Retail Banking- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding client experiences by following up on leads, recording appointments, and closing customer requests.
- Support clients to meet their financial needs as they progress through their career and life stages.
- Buid long-term relationships and understand clients' financial needs and aspirations to grow, manage, and protect their wealth with appropriate investment solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Banking knowledge and sales experience are essential. You must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to learn new products and services quickly. Market awareness and benchmarking, management information, and work in a flexible and agile way are also required.
