Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned senior team lead to oversee a team of engineers in designing and implementing advanced control systems for large-scale automation solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will combine leadership expertise with technical knowledge of Siemens PLC, Allen Bradley PLC, and integrated control systems.
  • A proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, driving improvements, and contributing to departmental KPIs is essential.
  • This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to travel internationally for project execution and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead a team of controls engineers, ensuring skill development and competency growth.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, project management, service, and R&D teams to drive project success.
  • Monitor project risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement across teams.
  • Provide technical oversight during commissioning and ensure smooth customer handovers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, or instrumentation engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in PLC programming (Siemens required; Allen Bradley a plus).
  • Prior experience in airport baggage handling systems or parcel handling solutions is highly desirable.
