Job Responsibilities

  • Capture functional and non-functional requirements, designing technical solutions using Spring Framework and REST Architecture.
  • Ensure overall quality and fit of the technical solution, along with application stack performance.
  • Oversee development team progress, ensuring consistency with initial design and deadlines.
  • Provide technical guidance and coaching through code reviews.

Required Skills and Expertise

  • Expertise in system design and architecture, developing high-level designs and architectural blueprints.
  • Establishing and enforcing coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across development teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.
